Ivy League University saves 50% on Enterprise-wide Change Management Project

As is often the case, an unexpected or potentially harmful event triggers the need for a major change.  Such is the story at a prestigious Ivy League university. Following a major event during 2012, senior administrators made recommendations that included developing an enterprise wide Change Management system.
