Course Description
This course will introduce an approach and methodology for conducting a process maturity assessment.
Although this course assumes that you will be using the Survey module of Navvia as an integral part of your project, the focus is not on the tool itself. If you need in-depth training on the Survey module, please refer to other live and recorded courses available in the Learning Center.
