How long does onboarding typically take?

Most organizations complete onboarding within 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope of implementation, number of users, and any customization requirements.

How many editors are included with each plan?

Enterprise+ includes 10 editor licenses. Additional editor licenses can be purchased in blocks of 15 concurrent users for $5,000 per year. Volume pricing is available for larger deployments.

Do I need Navvia services to use the platform?

Required onboarding is required with every subscription to help ensure a successful implementation. Beyond onboarding, consulting, training, and advisory services are available as optional add-ons.

Do all users require a license?

No. Only users who create or edit assessments, processes, or related content require an editor license. Read-only users can access published content without consuming editor licenses.

What templates are included?

Navvia includes assessment templates for Operational Resilience, DORA, NIST CSF, AI Governance, and ITSM. It also provides a library of ITSM-aligned process templates that include process descriptions, goals, objectives, roles and responsibilities, definitions, inputs, outputs, workflows, metrics, policies, and RACI models. Templates can be used as-is or customized to fit your organization’s requirements.

Do you offer implementation services?

Yes. Beyond the required onboarding program, Navvia offers optional assessment, process design, implementation, training, and advisory services. Organizations can engage Navvia directly or work through one of our consulting partners.

Can consulting firms white-label the platform?

Yes. The Consultant Edition includes white-label branding and multi-tenant capabilities, enabling consulting firms, advisors, and service providers to deliver services under their own brand.
