Accessibility Principles
    1. Inclusive Design: We prioritize inclusive design principles at every stage of our software development process.
    2. Compliance Standards: We adhere to recognized accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to ensure our products meet the needs of a wide range of users. Our developers receive regular training on accessibility best practices and stay updated with the latest guidelines to improve the accessibility of our software.
    3. User Feedback: We actively encourage feedback from our users regarding accessibility concerns or suggestions for improvement. We provide accessible channels such as email and support forums to enable users to report accessibility issues, and we are committed to addressing and resolving these concerns.
    4. Ongoing Accessibility Testing: We conduct regular accessibility audits and testing throughout the software development lifecycle to identify and rectify any accessibility barriers, including internal testing and engaging external accessibility experts to provide objective evaluations.
    5. Training and Awareness: We provide comprehensive training to our employees on accessibility awareness and best practices.
    6. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our software based on user feedback, technological advancements, and evolving accessibility standards.

We are committed to maintaining accessibility as a core value within our organization and remaining accountable to these principles.

To support this goal, we have established an accessibility office, developed processes and procedures, and sourced supporting tools.
