Navvia has a host of services to help you make the most of your subscription

Our implementation consultants are full-time employees, each with over 20 years of process and Service Management experience. They have the credentials, knowledge, skills and real world experience to be a valuable addition to your Service Management program.

  • Free product training and support

    Every Navvia subscription comes complete with unlimited access to live and recorded product training. Live training sessions are held weekly and recorded versions of the training are available upon demand. Your Navvia subscription also comes with access to unlimited product support and access to our support portal.

  • Product implementation

    Clients may optionally purchase 40-hour blocks of mentorship –  delivered remotely.  You will receive a dedicated process consultant who will help you get started with Navvia.  Our highly experienced consultant can help with a range of aspects including:

    • Best practices on designing and implementing processes
    • Methods for capturing tool requirements
    • Setting up and analyzing the results of a process assessment
    • Implementing process governance
    • Custom training for your team
  • Traditional ITSM consulting

    Our consultants, each with over 20 years of ITSM consulting experience, can help you with all aspects of your ITSM program. From building a strategy and assessing the current state through to implementing ITSM processes and tools, we can help!

    As an accredited training provider, we can deliver a variety of ITSM and process workshops onsite at your location.
