IT Optimization Group Event


We held our ITOG (IT Optimization Group) conference on November 8th, 2010 in NYC. The event had a live audience and was streamed over the internet as well.

AIG – IT Service Management Journey. Tom Cisternino and Bob Decker of AIG provide an overview of their IT Service Management initiative including the approach, challenges, benefits and lessons learned from dealing with ITSM on a Global scale.

Governing Your IT Service Management Implementation.  In this presentation Dave Howard, formerly of Toyota Financial Services, provides valuable insight into how to govern your IT Service Management program to ensure compliance and adoption.

Kaplan – Metrics and Reporting Initiative – In this presentation Dan Holewienko and Michael Canny discusses their “Metrics and Reporting” initiative, a practical approach to using Service Catalog and Dashboards in support of IT Service Management.

NYSE Euronext – Leveraging ITSM to Support a Major Datacenter Migration. Tom Demchak of the NYSE Euronext presents a case study on how the ITIL processes of Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management played a crucial role in supporting a datacenter relocation consisting of 300 applications, 2500 servers and thousands of external connections within 9 months and WITHOUT disruption.
